Terms of Service

PropertyScanExpress provides on-site 3D capture services and hosted photoreal 3D tours of residential and commercial properties in the Denver metro area. The deliverable is a private web URL to a hosted walk-through tour of the property you booked.

The buyer of the service may be a real estate listing agent, interior designer, remodeling or inspection crew, commercial property owner or broker, or other party with rights to authorize a scan of the property.

Bookings are confirmed when payment is successfully processed. After payment you receive an emailed confirmation and a link to schedule the on-site scan window through our calendar.

You are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time, including any required keys, codes, lockbox information, or on-site contact. Failure to provide access may result in a rescheduling fee equal to twenty-five percent of the booking total.

We commit to delivering the finished tour URL the same calendar day as the scan. Morning scans typically deliver before close of business that day. Evening scans deliver by the following morning at the latest.

If we fail to deliver the tour on the same day for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund. Force majeure events, processing outages of third-party services we depend on, or scans that are interrupted on site due to access or property conditions are not refundable under this clause.

The Standard tier ($249) includes six months of hosting from the date of delivery. The Extended tier ($349) includes twelve months. Commercial tier hosting terms are set in writing per engagement. After the hosting term expires, the tour URL may be deactivated unless you renew.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the tour URL stable for the duration of your hosting term. We do not guarantee one hundred percent uptime, and brief planned or unplanned maintenance windows are not refundable.

You receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the delivered tour URL for marketing, sales, documentation, and related business purposes connected to the scanned property. You may embed the URL on listing platforms (MLS, Zillow, Compass, Redfin and similar), your own website, social media, and print marketing.

PropertyScanExpress retains ownership of the underlying scan data and the right to use the rendered tour as a portfolio sample or case study. If you need exclusive ownership of the source data, contact us before the scan and we will quote a custom buyout.

You represent that you have the legal authority to authorize the scan of the property at the address you provided, and that you have notified any occupants or stakeholders required by law. PropertyScanExpress is not responsible for disputes arising from unauthorized scans.

Our team is professional and unobtrusive. We do not move furniture, open drawers, or touch personal items without permission. We will not knowingly capture identifiable people in the scan. If a person is captured incidentally, request a rescan window through your confirmation email.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively, "Paddle"), who acts as the merchant of record for all purchases on this site. By completing a purchase, you also accept Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Paddle handles card processing, tax calculation, and invoice issuance. You will see "Paddle" on your card statement alongside the PropertyScanExpress brand.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which Paddle adds at checkout where required by law. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us at hello@propertyscanexpress.com may be disputed with Paddle and forfeit your right to the delivered tour.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropertyScanExpress disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim related to a single scan is capped at the fee paid for that scan.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost listings, lost sales, or lost business opportunities.

Either party may terminate a booking at any time before the scan has occurred, subject to the refund terms below. After scan completion and delivery, the engagement is considered fulfilled.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
